At PRYM Wellness, we are committed to getting your at-home test kit to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free FedEx Ground shipping on all orders within the United States.

• FedEx Ground (3 to 5 business days): Free

Once shipped, you can typically expect your kit to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Sample Return Shipping

Every PRYM Wellness test kit includes a pre-paid FedEx Overnight return shipping label at no additional cost to you. This ensures your collected sample arrives at our laboratory promptly and securely for analysis.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States, excluding New York state.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@getprym.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
